Absorbing advanced foreign technology, YILI Machinery has designed and developed Large Diameter Winding HDPE Pipe Production Line. Our extrusion line can produce pipes with diameter from 200mm to 3000mm. These durable pipes can replace the common steel pipes and concrete pipes in drainage system. According to different purpose, there are four hardness degree, and the Max. ring stiffness can attach 16KN/m2. It is suitable for the sour or alkali liquid below 10%. This kind of pipes offer corrosion resistance, light weight, long service life (50 years). The pipes are widely used as sewer in highway, municipal construction, uptown, playground, square, mine, bridge, and agriculture etc.
