The working principle of
Recycled PET bottles, first by "take off the marking machine" remove the bottle label, and then through the sorting conveyor "plane", in this step of the selected material mixed bottle residual impurities (such as green, blue, etc.), and then enter the "mill" shattered, came out into the "rinse tank" separation (PET bottle flakes and PP label paper, separation of the cap), after the separation of clean heating cleaning into "hot pot", come out into the "rinse tank" again after rinse (remove the detergent in the high temperature heating), finally to pack into the "dryer" directly after dehydration. For high yield large, bottle level we can through the prewash link, take off the bottle label sorting link early, early broken links, the link of separation, high temperature, rinse and dry cleaning link, and the link link, bottle flakes of selected links such as a complete set of fine cleaning processes to achieve high precision net. This process is a routine process. This plastic film dehumidify pelletizing machine is specially designed by Qingdao HEGU Wood-Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd for film cleaning and pelletizing application.
