Introduction

• Extruder- Material is pushed through with turning screw causing friction and heating the material through screen changer/nozzle.
• Vacuum Tank- Sizes pipe but keeps it from collapsing. Maintains desired form while cooling off mold with sprayers.
• Belt Puller- Transports material from Vacuum tank to saw.
• Cutoff Saw- Cuts the formed product into desired length.
• Coilers- Spinning arms in a wheel shape that supports fast continuous extrusion.
• Corrugators-Passes mold past nozzle while still remaining connected to extruder.
